After Dinner & Event Speaker (in association with SpeakOut!)
He was quickly signed up as a cornerstone of the pioneering Spitting Image team, and provided voices for Ronald Reagan, Prince Charles, David Coleman, Paul Daniels, Barry Norman and John Cole.
In 2004 Chris was regularly back on our screens with his programmes Massive Engines and Massive Machines which Chris presented for the Discovery Channel. later in 2006 a third programme Massive Speed was released, with the first two Massive series being released on DVD
As well as speaking after dinner Chris has been very active on the corporate entertainment scene. Whether he is hosting an awards ceremony, linking conference presentations, contributing to the launch of a new product or delivering an after-dinner speech, he will provide the right balance of entertainment for the company and the event. Chris is a hugely popular host and conference link presenter. He often appears in the guise of a close relative of Gordon Brittas to bless the proceedings the Brittas way.
In recent years Chris has hosted the Network Rail Awards, the Utility Industry Achievement Awards, the Specialists in Construction Awards, to name but a few. He has worked for a diverse range of clients including Mercedes-Benz, Computer Associates, Vodafone and MFI.
Born and raised in Northern Ireland, Chris now lives near Maidenhead with his wife and children, two dogs and a growing collection of classic cars and motorbikes.
2009 saw the return of Red Dwarf. It was brand new and with the original cast on the DAVE channel. Chris Barrie (Arnold Rimmer), Craig Charles (Dave Lister), Robert Llewelen (Kryton) and Danny John-Jules (Cat) returned for a three-part special, more than 20 years after it first aired.

Chris Barrie is best known for his performance as the marvellously annoying leisure centre manager Gordon Brittas in The Brittas Empire.
He is also the deeply sad Arnold Rimmer in Red Dwarf, the man who only made love to a woman once in his entire life (and this was only because she had been hit on the head by a winch).
Chris appeared as the butler alongside Angelina Jolie in both the Lara Croft Tomb Raider movies.
Originally an impressionist at the Comedy Store, Chris' TV career began with a memorable contribution to Jasper Carrott's Election Night Special.
