Talented accordionist Andrew also plays pipes within this band, which is based in the Edinburgh area.

He is also an accomplished soloist with a new album to his credit.

Andrew began studying the piano accordion from an early age, before taking up the highland bagpipe whilst serving with the Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders. Achieving the rank of pipe sergeant and completing his Pipe Majors Course at Edinburgh Castle,

Andrew went on to tour extensively throughout Europe, Scandinavia, North America and Australia with the band, as well as competing at most of the major competitions throughout Scotland. He currently performs on both the concert and competition platform with the piano accordion and highland bagpipe.

Successes to date include winner of the All Scotland Senior Accordion (Pipe Section) Championships in Perth and the Senior Accordion at the National Mod.
