Andy Cameron MBE is a well-known Scottish comedian, television personality, and after-dinner speaker. Born in Glasgow, Scotland, he began his career as a stand-up comedian in the 1970s, quickly gaining recognition for his witty humour and distinctive Scottish accent.

In the 1980s, Andy became a regular face on British television, hosting a number of shows including his own comedy series, "The Andy Cameron Show", which was broadcast on STV in Scotland. He also appeared on a number of popular programmes such as "The Krankies Klub", "The Paul Daniels Magic Show", and "Blankety Blank".
